I am very sorry that everyone has such negative things to say about the company that gave them credit when no one else would, not to mention it appears alot of the complaints are about being doing thier job becuase the payment is late. My best guess for all of you that have issues need to actually pay your payments on time or if you need to make arrangements that are realalistic then call. You signed a contract to make your payments on a specific date. Honor that or think twice before signing a contract. The rep's there are doing thier job, as you would if in thier position. This is a great company with good values and believe it or not they do care about thier customers.
