I started going to Max the Salon after my hair had been completely trashed at another salon--I had heard great things and decided to try it out. A stylist named Ryan did my hair and did a fabulous job. It was colored and cut in a really cute style and I really enjoyed going there. But then I started having problems with my appointments. The first time I showed up and even though I had been double-booked Ryan kindly squeezed me in. The next time, the receptionist didn't even try to help (even though I had a card with the date and time written on it) they didn't apoligize, even after I wrote a complaint letter. That was the end for me--my time's too valuable to waste showing up for incorrectly-scheduled appt.s
