""We hired Paramount Enterprises to put a new roof on our existing home and garage as well as our new addition and new garage. Also in their contract were gutters on the garage. They came and ripped off the existing roofing and covered in plastic. It was several weeks before we were ready for sheathing. In the meantime, we covered everything with tarps - we bought HUGE tarps. Everything was going very well. Paramount arrived early one Thursday morning to put shingles on so we pulled the tarps off the night before and set them next to the house. The roofers left and about an hour later my feet were getting dripped on... they left and did not protect from the impending weather - so much for our ceilings and hardwood floors (on the first floor, not to mention upstairs!). When we contacted them they claimed ZERO responsibility. All they had to do was knock on the door and say that they had not completed the job and weather-proofing needed to be done! They urged us for payment as soon as the roof labor was complete. One month later, we contacted them for a permit, they provided the permit number but NOT the permit. We failed our inspection because Denver required an additional permit for the garage. We notified Paramount of this and FINALLY another later, and phone calls almost every day for the final 3 weeks of it, we had gotten our permits and passed inspection. We still don't have gutters (they let us 'not pay' $185 of the total bill for those gutters...) Hope the gutter company we hire is better than the roofing company - Paramount. You'll also notice that they have removed (or been removed) the company from Service Magic. So, now you can't go there and read their customer feedback - which was starting to look like this feedback....\r Don't hire Paramount if you live in Denver!!! The permits we received aren't even pulled under their company name - go figure!"" Pros: Price Cons: Customer service, ruined hardwood flooring, lack of responsibility, poor communication
