if it were possible to give less than one star, i would. this has been the worst rental experience of my life and i've lived in some dumps before. R&E are a bunch of crooks who don't care about their tenants OR their owners. if i owned this building, sure... i'd do things cheaply but i'd still make sure the people who lived here were safe. no such luck here! R&E continually neglects tenant service requests and has a complete lack of regard for their wellbeing. if you need a new place to live and it's down to a choice between an R&E property and a cardboard box on skid row, do yourself a favor and choose the box. at least if it breaks, you can get a new one without so much hassle!
Pros: it's a spacious unit
Cons: the manangement staff (with the exception of Ana and Otto, resident managers) are awful and unresponsive
