Review content:
This company scams tenants! My neighbor who has been living in a building for 40 years, owned by this company, has been harassed and threatened. Her electricity, water and gas have all been tapped and connected on by the whole building causing her bills to be 3-4 times higher than usual. Safety regulations for this building have been neglected until the company was approached by a community group to fix the building. My neighbor has been threatened to move out so the company can raise the rent on her unit to match the rest of the building. These are tiny 2 bedroom units that are not worth the $2000 that is being asked for rent. R & E has no comment. Stay away from working with this company!
