Businiess name:  Get In Shape Boot Camp

Review content:
October was my first time attending get in shapeboot camp at Johnson Park in Conyers, GA. Needless to say, I have never worked so hard and had so much fun. Yes you are very sore, but your energy level, and your confidence increases so to me it is worth the soreness at first. It does get better, but at each workout session you never know what to expect, so the workout does not become dull and predictable. My fitness level before starting the camp was below zero and I never thought that I would feel guilty about missing a workout, but I do. I have lost 11 pounds since starting in October and I have signed up for my second session. Pros: increase energy level, total body workout, lose weight Cons: getting up early in morning, but there are evening sessions also
