Review content:
Not only was the food minimal in taste and portion sizes, the service was still the WORST part of this experience. The waitress was not polite; she continually told us, ""I'll be right with you"" and then wasn't!! We had to ask her to please take our order! When we asked for more fish and shrimp (we got the, ""All you can eat"" plates) we received one piece of fish and no shrimp and then she brought us our bill! The management did not try to resolve the issue with us. Management was harsh and rude as well! Blaming everything on the kitchen staff and never once said, ""sorry""! \r Management and staff would benefit from a course in consumer politness and customer consideration as well as political correctness when working with the public and consumers with complaints!\r Will never go back there and have told others of this horrible, horrible experience at the Sugar Creek Catfish House in Citronelle, Alabama. Pros: You do not have to dress up to go there. Very casual dining. Cons: Horrible service and blah taste for the price!
