DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! As an education professional, and a parent who visited numerous childcare centers, I am shocked at how unprofessional, disorganized and flippant the staff members were. Not only did they take our money to reserve a spot (and then not have one available - and, no refund), but they deflected my question re: questionable security with ""we've never had a child stolen before."" Nice. They emailed an invitation to a back-to-school-night and when we arrived, we let ourselves in (door not locked) and there was nothing organized; the director walked past us 3 times - guess they have no problem with strangers roaming their halls. Several other bad encounters - no one answering phone, no one manning the front desk (as advertised) and rumors of frequent teacher turnover and problems with staff. HIGHLY discourage anyone from sending their children here.
