There is NOTHING good to say about this place. A previous reviewer - Sharon - complained all the time about the lack of care and the indifference of the owners. I guess she's now drinking the kool-aid! The place could be beautiful and at first glance - truly is. The care is not good - the staff other than 1 person - know nothing about horses. Listen - I'm not going to trash the place more than what's been said, but be forewarned!! What you are promised up front is not what your going to get over time. Just look closely at the fencing. A current trainer drags the ring herself b/c the owners will not. The fencing is dangerous and many times horses got loose. This place is full of drama from the owners, staff and their family - One of the owners - Ian has a significant anger issue as seen by many people, farriers and vets. He is very intimidating (except that he's 4'11"") Maybe things have changed, but from what I've heard - it hasn't. There is a reason so many people have left this place. And they did cheat on feed and the amount of turnout - The people that left, left the empty promises, care not worth the price and drama. They all left for the comfort that their horses would get better care. No hard feelings to the owners and staff - but stick to construction and let someone else care for animals.
