Smith Brothers did some work for me a few years back, and did a pretty good job. I have since had some problems with the Asphalt cracking and breaking in places.\r

I contacting them almost six weeks ago to come out and refinish my drive. I was told the last week of August that they would be out the NEXT week to do my work. The following week came and went, with NO word from them at all. I called that Friday, and was told that they would be out the first of the following week. Again, no show, no word. I called again that Friday, got the same story, be out the first of next week. Again, no show, no word. I have since called several times asking about the work that is supposed to be be done for me. Now they refuse to answer the phone, and will NOT return phone calls at all. \r

This is NOT a very good way of doing business. Refusing to do work that you have promised to do, and then lying about it, is very unprofessional. Be very leary of getting these people to do ANY work for you at all. They are only interested in jobs costing in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.. They have NO loyalty at all to the people who have given them smaller jobs in the past.
Pros: WHEN, you can get these people to show up, they do decent work
Cons: Lousy follow up, Lie to customers. Only interested in Major jobs, They turn their backs on individuals who have given them business in the past.
