Review content:
I hiked the entire Grand Canyon in one day -- down to the bottom and back up, a 17 mile hike with over 4,000 feet elevation gain, burning somewhere around 50,000 calories. When I finished, I was STARVING and wanted a steak! I was so tired by the time I drove back to Williams, I didn't feel like leaving my hotel...the ultra-glamorous Holiday Inn, which happened to have an on-premise steakhouse. I had to go with a strip steak with grilled shrimp, and a baked potato on the side. I also had the salad bar, which was pretty good. The service was fine, the place was clean, and the food was the quality you'd expect from a 5 star restaurant.
