Review content:
I gave this salon two shots, and I will never go back. Waste of time and money. Their haircuts are inexpensive for a reason. \r \r I went abotu 8 weeks ago after reading the review on here - she cut my hair okay, but nothing special or even slightly remarkable. My friend in her first year of beauty school could have given me the same haircut - basic logn layers. Eight weeks later my hair needed to be re-cut (a good haircut will last me at least 6 months, even up to 8 months sometimes). I had a $20 coupon they sent me, so I decided to give them another try, with a different stylist. I called up and explained my situation - they put me with someone that had been there for 6 years. My hair looks like a ragged mop now - the layers are ragged (I wanted edgy) and limp (I wanted my hair thinned out since it is really thick) and just weird looking. I have these mis-shaped bangs in the front (I wanted long side-swept bangs). \r \r So, I say pay the price and go to Newbury. It isn't worth the tiem or the money to go to this place unless you are literally just getting split ends cut. They have no originality or ability to do something new and fun. Pros: nothing Cons: bad haircut, unoriginal, boring
