I used Platinum Heating and Cooling for a new furnace and A/C unit in my house. As a new home buyer, I am not very knowledgeable with these things... James (the owner) took the time to explain everything in detail and explain my options. His prices were much lower than the other big name companies I compared him.\r
He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. He was also extremely tidy and clean in his work... he wore shoe covers everytime he walked inside my house and swept out my garage and furnace room when he was done. \r
He really took pride in his company and stands behind his work.\r
I would recommmend Platinum Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of heating/cooling parts or services!!
