Prime Termite and hands-on owner, Armen, is terrific! Professional, explains things logically, thorough with detailed emailings and works to earn your trust. As a health care provider, I know very the well the fear and angst patients have with uncertain problems. Same with termite pest control. (Who do you trust? Will they rip you off, or ease your concerns and solve of your problems?)
Most companies provide you merely with an outlined quote. Prime provided tons of .pdf files on the chemicals used and treatment outline, in addition to the reasonably priced quote.
Kudos to him and his crew for taking care of the job. (I just hope it works as I've placed my trust in him and his company. Armen assued me that it would be. And, if not, he'd come back...free.)
Can't beat that!
