I can't recommend Appliance Repair NYC enough. One morning I woke up to a pond of water around my 3yr old refrigerator. I called the manufacturer and they were of no help on the phone, they wanted a pre paid service call, and I couldn't even find their guarantee, and on top of all that they were only going to show up in a week. I did not want to wait, so I decided to call around. A few calls later I found Appliance Repair NYC. A quick call around 11am and a tech was here by 3pm. They offered me with a free service call with my refrigerator repair. They were quick to do the repair, had all the necessary parts on them. And the technician was so friendly and profesional. I picked them because they were the only company I found with a friendly direct operator.
