Review content:
I ordered two chairs in October and was told I would have them in six weeks. Six weeks later, when I called to check on my order, I was told the order had not gone in on the date promised and the chars would be ready December 1st. On December 1st, I was told the chairs would be ready December 3. I picked up the chairs on that date. When I got them home, I noted that one of the chairs had pits across the top and clearly needed another coat of paint. I was told I could bring it back,
which would mean I'd go even longer without the chair.
When I pointed out that it's a pretty long drive for me, and their poor workmanship would require me to make two additional trips, I was offered...an apology. Which is what I was offered when the order was not ready as promised. Sorry folks, your furniture may be nice, but my time is worth something to me, even if it isn't to you.
