Like everyone, I have been looking for great pie since I have been in Colorado. You always hear you gotta try place only to be disappointed. I found Virgilios from city search. It was a 20 minute drive and worth it. Maybe I was very hungry that day, but it was the best pie I have had in Colorado in 5 years. The cheese, pizza sauce and the crust were incredible. I watched some other pies come out that looked great but cheese is the only way to test pizza. The place is nice, clean and the staff was very nice considering everyone was very busy. I love the open kitchen and the nice feel the place has. I will be coming back for many years.
