I had to choose a rating, no selection for black stars. I placed an oder on May 12 2009 for wallpaper. They took the money with in 2 days of placing order. After several emails letting me know the product is on back order & would be another two weeks, I decided to cancel the order on June 1, 2009. The policy states refund in 30 DAYS!!!!! It is now Sept 3, 2009 and no money, I sent certified letter to the President Tammy Billings, emails and at least 50 phone calls to CSR'S that can't get in touch with the accounting department to enforce release of my money back, because they have no access to do so. Every company I have worked for at least the PRESIDENT could get information from accounting. All a bunch of LIES!!!!!!! I have filed a complant with the unnamed bureaus and hired an attorney, and will be going to small claims court, they will now be paying 3 times the money they should have returned as promptly as they took it from me!!!! This company needs to know, they can't take peoples money for product and not stand behind their refund policy. ABSOLUTLY POOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
