This agency is horrible!! We were 9 girls and we scheduled a trip to Cancun. Due to the swine flu in Mexico,we decided not to go.We had already gave a deposit and we did not want to lose it, so we tried to work something out(either extend the deadline or go to another destination). When we called, the person we booked with said we could change the deadline, then his wife was yelling in the background She then got on the phone and said that we were not going because it was our choice, she was really rude and yelled the whole time. The phone was going back and forth between 3 people in the agency and we spoke to the lady in charge of the packaging,she was of no help. The man who had originally said it was okay to change the deadline, then said that he could not do that because it was to expensive. We will see him in court soon to get our deposit back because we did not sign a contract with him. This agency is not recommended to anyone!!
