Review content:
After reading the very positive reviews of this place I almost can't believe I'm reviewing the same place. I went there once shortly after the place opened and the sushi was so-so (not nearly as good as Hachi's Kitchen just up the street), and the service was flat out terrible. But, being that it was just recently opened I figured and since I live in the area I would give it another chance and just hope that the poor service was because of the new staff. But, a couple weeks later it was actually worse. We went on a weekday and the place was dead (so there was no excuse for bad service). We sat at a table where the multi-colored strobe lights flashed on us all night. We waited 15 minutes before the waitress came to even greet us, let alone bring any water, menus, or a wine key to open our bottle of wine that we'd brought. Finally, after we had been there for over half an hour, the waitress finally took our order, and she didn't have a clue as to anything on the menu. When we asked for recommendations she couldn't give any. Then, our appetizer came out AFTER our sushi/entrees, and the waitress couldn't have cared less. And to top it all off, one of the rolls we ordered was wrong and replaced by something else, and the waitress couldn't tell us what or offer to make a change.\r

Bottom line....by far the worst service I've ever received in any restaurant in Chicago. And I worked in the industry for ten years, and I can say with absolute certainty, this was the worst Chicago has to offer.
Pros: one of a few new restaurants in Logan Square/Humboldt Park
Cons: SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!
