Review content:
Brought in two Golden Retrievers and explained that I would lead them back to the waiting area since they would not follow them. We must not have moved fast enough because the owner? grabbed the leash out of my hands for the female dog and yanked her head around to get her in the pen. I objected since the dogs were waiting for me to lead them in there. The person became angry at me for saying something and the situation worsened after that. I left with my dogs while he was ripping up my information card as though that would hurt my feelings. If they will mishandle dogs who are in an unfamilier place while the owner is trying to help, then I can only imagine how they treat them when no one is watching. I will certainly never return.
