I have bought 3-4 pieces at Diana now and can not believe the horrible service I've had to deal with. What should have been an easy buy took over a month and a half of screw ups for me to finally get my pieces. After buying one of the pieces, I was told to come by in a week to pick it up. After sitting thru traffic, I finally get there only to be told ""oops, they forgot to actually order it"" even though they charged me already! I had to wait another week to pick it up, but I asked for it to be sent to the downtown store closer to my home. A week later, someone calls to tell me they screwed up again and marked it for delivery, but since I didn't want that it means it would take longer to pick up. As for the other pieces, I was charged twice for the wrong amount, my card had to be reimbursed twice and I'm still waiting to pick it up. \r
Dania does have good prices from time to time, but be prepared to deal with more hassle then it's worth.
