Review content:
Although you can buy basic supplies from this store, and I purchased a pool and hot tub here, the service after you have purchased your product is terrible. I have had leak in my hot tub for over a year now. I contacted Mike Fine last spring and he told me they were busy setting up pools but they would come look at the hot tub when they slowed down. I called several times, but no one ever came. I tried again in the fall and yet again this spring (2011). One of his employees finally came out and took a look at the hot tub, but never contacted me again. I spent a week calling Mr. Fine every day. He kept telling me to contact the employee. When I finally got in touch with the employee, he informed me that he would not be working on the hot tub and referred me back to Mike Fine. That has been over 2 months ago and no one has come back to look at the hot tub.\r
No one from the business has stated that the hot tub cannot be fixed nor that they would be unable to repair it. They have simply ignored me. \r
I will not buy any more products from this business and highly recommend that no one else does either.
