I had the worst experience with this store. I ordered a bridesmaid dress that had to be altered twice at her store. After the first alterations were done, I went in for a fitting and the top was way to big. I went during her business hours and she was not even there. I called the alternate number left on her store voicemail and did not get a call back for hours. Her excuse...she was just running late. I went a few days later and the owner insisted it was fine and I am the only one who can see the problem and to just get a bra with padding. I told her to redo it and then she said she would charge me extra for this; however, she already charged me MORE than what was quoted AND she said she would not charge me for any final alterations. After she saw I was upset, the dress was redone and she did not charge me (she said she was just doing this as a favor). The wedding I was in was out of town; I tried the dress on again 2 days before the wedding and beads and seams were falling out. I had to pay for alterations a third time at a local shop. I called her repeatedly to inform of this but she never returned my calls. She is insisting that she will not reimburse me for the extra money I paid because it was fine at the store. She never offered to bustle my skirt, as she insists that it was my job to tell her to do so (I am not in this business so I had no idea to even ask until the local alterations shop mentioned it to me). Also, she did not steam press the dress. She did not even mention that it was free of charge with the alterations until the day I picked it up. She insisted that I was putting it in my suitcase anyway and it would wrinkle. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!!!!!!!! Cons: the owner has no sense of what customer service is supposed to be
