I moved to New Bern from Long Island NY a year ago and was looking for a nice salon to go to. I ended up going to Tangles and Knots and I go to Michelle there all the time. She does a fabulous job with all my coloring, streaking and the cut too! \r
The salon is not dirty. I see them sweeping up all the time. It has gotten a very high inspection rating for cleanliness!!
