The negative: When comparing your repair costs (timing belt, ball joint replacement) with other Honda garages or repair shops you're very expensive! You make it too easy for the customer to go elsewhere to have their car serviced. And based on repairs done you over-estimate the length of time for repairs and mis-identified the area of an oil leak and severity of it. The positive: Dealing with friendly service staff and the free car wash.
