We bought a minivan from Richfield Bloomington Honda. The car dealer was nice enough, but really really confused. I had to tell him things over and over and over. We agreed on a price and then he sent me to the finance guy who said they'd give me a loan for 8.59%. I said I thought that sounded high and I better do some checking on my own. He very rudely said, ""oh you think you can do better, you won't find anything lower, just take it."" No thanks, I will check on my own and get back to you. \r

I found a loan for 4.99%. He asked where I got such a rate. I told him it was from US Bank. He said he couldn't believe it because US Bank was currently charging 7.24% for his customers. Really?? But the best you could do was 8.59%.\r

I absolutely will not be a returning customer. They were condescending, rude, impolite and unprofessional.
