I haven't been in this particular Sally's store in a few years. I had a bad experience years ago and vowed to never come back. I decided to go in a few weeks ago and I could'nt believe it! I was greeted by a friendly smile first of all. After a few moments an employee approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. I declined as I was just browsing for nothing in particular. They had alot of new products since my last visit and I was busy with just looking over everything. I must say the customer service in the store now highly meets all of my expectations. I've been back several times since and have made many purchases. The employees are very friendly, helpful, upbeat and always meet my needs in what products I'm looking for. I am now a customer for life!!! Thanks for the new group of wonderful employees that made my shopping experience wonderful!!!
