Beware!! This is a very difficult management company to work with. Document everything very carefully and take LOTS of pictures before you move in, and when you move out. They are very slow to respond to any problems with the rentals, faucets that spew out water, leaks in the plumbing etc. And in the end they will do everything to keep as much of your deposit as possible.\r
If you have trouble with them please report to the BBB.
