Review content:
After relocating to AZ in 05, it was recommended to me to take my children to Great Destinations. Prior to arriving here, I knew only a few people. It is a 45 min drive to Dr. Gettleman's office from Surprise but worth the drive. Even though Surprise has built out so much in the past 3 years, the thought of saving on gas, time has crossed my mind. Once I started investigating new offices, I was amazed at how poor the service was and appreciate what we have! My youngest is asthmatic and my oldest is ADD. Dr. Gettleman has always been very open and honest, knowledgeable and down to earth about the use of meds and the pros and cons. The boys see specialists recommended by Dr. Gettleman's group, which have been wonderful as well. When we have a scheduled appointment, his office always make the boys feel special. It has always made our visits much more enjoyable for all, especially when it comes to shots. Also, the fact that they have a sick and well room, is huge with kids and colds, especially with asthmatics. Thank you Dr. Gettleman and your office!
Pros: Wonderful service and care, billing/office accuracy is high, nurse triage always calls back;
Cons: drive time for me is high but worth it!
