It upset my stomach to even have to rate them with a star, this would imply that they even deserved SOME credit. I purchased a $150.00 gun from this store on on december 26. The gun was inoperable by december 27. on the 28th we took it back for a refund. Turns out they do NOT do refunds period. The owner of the store said they could fix it, i allowed him to fix it. It became inoperable again on december 30th. I returned to their store on december 31. This time i DEMANDED a refund. The owner said ""NO refunds"" he also said ""im the only one that can determine a defective product, i am the professional."" BUYER BEWARE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Their better business bureau rating is an F. THE OWNER IS AN A$$HOLE, the DO NOT value your business. I charged my BROKEN gun back via my credit card and will notify the problem solvers at channel 2. Their INSANE business practices need to be stopped. -Will-
