I went into mindbomb, spoke to a tattoo artist I liked his work on (not Josh), showed my ideas, he took measurements, gave my deposit for a large back piece, was a happy...UNTIL, Josh the owner called, wanting me to come back in that night & talk about the tattoo. He wanted to do the tattoo himself. I was rather reluctant, but went anyway to see what he had to say. Unfortunately the only things Josh had to say was disrespectful, rude and down right angry. He stormed away in a 2 year old temper tantrum, yelled and screamed at his employee and acted down right unstable. Josh was way out of control. You don't treat customers that way. The original tattoo artist that I gave the deposit too was very apologetic and quickly gave my deposit back when I asked for it & even called later to apologize more for Josh's behavior. I would not recommend Josh
