Review content:
We just move into the area last year from San Mateo having worked in SF for many years. We love Chinese food and Sushi and we never thought a restaurant could do both well until we found Lucys. What a pleasant surprise. From the moment you walk in, you realize this is not your father's Chinese restaurant or your mother's Japanese restaurant. The decor is cozy yet exciting. The food is exceptional and I can't believe they can make the most delicious Honey Walnut Prawns and also make a Sushi roll called Godzilla that just satiates my palate. We've gone back 3 times in the past month and we are simply hooked. We are going down the menu trying different things and so far we have not been disappointed. The only area where they need to improve is service. We are not expecting French Laundry level service but when they get busy, service is perfunctory but I will take that trade off as long as the food is this amazing.
Pros: Amazing food, Ambience, easy parking, good service when time allows
Cons: Service drops when they get busy
