This is absolutely the worse pace to get a cell phone and service. The service rep is as bad as it can be. A couple months ago, my brother and I sign up for a family plan. They got it all messed up, and it took them forever to change it. And they never able about to reverse the charge. After repeated call to Cingular and them, no help at all. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! Cingular sent the bill to collection agency and have messed up my credit report. DON NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
