\r I was looking for a good BBQ joint in North Seattle and it fits the bill perfectly. Located on Bothell Everett highway (SR 522), it?s an easy-to- miss place, a small shop tucked right behind a coffee shop.\r Ribs are moist and succulent. I love their BBQ sauce which is not too sweet although not as spicy as Pecos Pit BBQ in Downtown Seattle. Loved their sides, Baked Beans have a spicy kick to them; potato salad is refreshing and mild to cleanse palate of the spiciness. They also serve coleslaw, mac and cheese and sweet potato side. I have been eyeing their loaded potatoes but never got past their finger licking BBQ pulled sandwiches. They also have the best hotlinks I ever had, crispy on outside and spicy inside.\r \r Easy to miss (if u are not looking for it) but hard to forget, I am there almost twice a week. I would have been there more but they usually close by 7 and Sunday?s off too.\r Boy, thinking about it and my mouths started watering again?yum yum yum \r \r Pros: Good BBQ which is not sweet tasting Cons: Takeout , not much of seating arrangement, closes by 7
