My husband and I are both senior citizens and purchasing a car is not as easy as it use to be. We went to Tom Holzer Ford because we had heard from another friend that salesman Charles Cleavinger would be very helpful and also take his time with us. Charles was extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He explained every detail to us and assured us that we would be happy with our NEW FLEX... He was absolutely correct. Charles's personality radiates with intregity, concern and the true desire to make his customers feel comfortable with their decisions. Charles explained every detail to us and told us to call him at anytime if we needed help with any of the options that are sometimes difficult for seniors. We live approx. 20 miles from Tom Holzer Ford and we pass at least 5 other dealerships on our way to Holzer Ford so this is a mere example why we would buy again if Charles Cleavinger was our salesman..... Thank you Charles for taking such good care of us.
