I should have read the reviews before going, I cannot stress enough how bad the customer service is in this store!! I needed a power adapter for a garage door opener and I brought in the owners manual with the information. The older guy was very helpful, he read the owners manual with the discription of the item and proceeded to insist that I needed an adapter with a stereo connector. I told him i thought it was the other kind with the pin in the center and he was adamant that they don't make that kind of adapter. I brought the item home unpackaged it to plug in, and it was what I thought, the wrong kind of plug. I then took the item back to the store and was met by Miss Sunshine who told me that there was no returns on opened items. I told her that the guy read the manual and chose the adapter for me. She said it didn't matter and she could see if he could solder on an end for me because they ""don't make that kind of an adapter"" (I brought the garage door button in so they could see it). She would have to see how much he would charge me! \r

I then left the store, with no refund or exchange and went down the street to Radio Shack where I picked up the proper adapter with no problems. \r

These people are Liars and Crooks. The woman is one of the rudest people I have ever met in the retail world. Beware!!!!
