I have been shopping with Electronic Connection for 2 years off and on now. When I first started shopping there the lady was moody and the guy was OK for the most part (by compairision). The longer I've been shopping the better the experence. I think they are reading the responces from others and are working on their moods. Just wanted to give a better responce for different times. I will be shopping at the store again this week and will follow up, I will make sure I ask questions and see if I get a tude. \r

With all that said, this place does have everything I've needed and other items I didn't know they still make. I wouldn't tell anyone not to shop at this store but would encurage people to try it and see what responce you get from the owners. I do agree with some of the others who posted, I've seen people go in and want someone design their project for them, I'm sure that gets old.
Pros: Everything needed under one roof
Cons: Just like everyone said, poor customer service
