I have never had such a horrible experience with a fast food establishment as I have had with this store. The employees are rude at the drive through and by the time you get to the window you expect to see someone smiling and instead you have someone asking you what you ordered. They should know what I ordered as I just told them less then 2 mins ago at the speaker box. Once they throw the coffee at you, you'll soon notice that your order is incorrect. My husband is diabetic and enjoys the ice coffee with splenda. I enjoy the french vanilla ice coffee w/sugar. I am not exagerating when I say that everytime we visit this franchise our order is wrong. Most of the time they put sugar in his ice coffee which being diabetic he cant have. Theres other dunkins to go to in this area but that is the one that is closer to our house... I'm tired of rude service and paying for an order that I did not choose. Dont give me what you want, give me what I asked for!?
