I first visited Starr in 1978 and the hospitality, professionalism, and quality of the studio were outstanding! I changed stylist only because I moved; however, when I returned closer to the Boston area in 2000, a friend of mine said ""You need to do something with your hair and recommended Starr!"" I couldn't believe that Bobby, Lily, and David were still there and have been going there for the past 8 years!! Bobby usually does my hair but I am very satisfied with everyone. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and the hair treatments are exceptional! I'm looking forward to my app't with Bobby this week as he suggested doing some highlights. Everyone was also sympathic and concerned when I was undergoing chemo and radiation last year and offered support. Even though I didn't lose my hair, Bobby offered his services to help me with wigs if I needed. A very caring, relaxing, and professsional studio. Another plus, is that Bobby is always on time which fits my character as I hate to wait. \r
