They guy who runs the Arnold location must think he is too cool to respond to a legitimate complaint that I had in regards to child care. For some unknown reason, the child care was closed the day before Memorial Day(Sunday), but evidently no one told the manager on duty(Liz). She had no idea the daycare was closed and said she would ""find out"" what was going on...She finally returned showing me a the monthly newsletter where this was posted..Now they had a sign at multiple locations in the gym saying child care would be closed on Memorial Day but no where did it say they would be closed the day before Memorial Day..I emailed Chuck (the guy in charge) on Sunday and still have not heard from him as of today(Thursday). It's pretty sad when your manager doesn't know the gym's child care hours and the person in charge does not have the common decsency to return my email or call me..I previously had another incident with childcare losing my daughter's shoes and Chuck basically said ""tough luck"". \r A class act all the way....
