Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never return because of it. They lost a sale, did not care, gave nothing but an attitude, all because they lied about the tires they were selling me and do not know how to do their jobs properly, the tires were not what I was looking for and I had to take several trips up there only for them to still not get me what I was was very specific in asking for. That on top of being rude and not customer friendly will make it so I never ever return to them. Matt was the sales associate I dealt with and he was awful to me.
