Review content:
We hired Foxtail Limousine for a family members wedding and the service was terrible, and the owner showed zero effort to remedy the situation. First the limo was 20 minutes late to the church so we were left just standing there in front waiting. Then when they did arrive, the drivers were dressed in blue jeans and t-shirts, dirty t-shirts at that. I believe the one driver even had the sleeves cut off of his. If that wasn't bad enough, the other driver had his girlfriend along to ride with him in the front seat. There was no door opening, or apologies for their tardiness. Once inside nothing worked in the limos. The radio face was flashing in and out, the sunroofs wouldn't open, and the privacy divider would not go up so we had to stair at the back of the t-shirt wearing drivers the entire trip. The trip was supposed to be for a half of an hour, but they made a couple of turns and ended it in ten minutes at the reception. We talked to the owner to complain about the situation. He was unapologetic, and then proceeded to tell us he would check in on things and call us back. While we waited for the phone call he went to the bank and proceeded to cash the check. We know this because we asked the bank to let us know before they cash the check, we were about 5 minutes late on the call. Now he will not return our calls. We have filed a complaint with the better Business Bureau of North Dakota and Minnesota. We were very unimpressed with this business and its owner. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless you wanted to have something tarnish your wedding day.
