Review content:
Had been taking family cars to Duncan Bros. for 5-6 years without problem. Now called McCarthy Tires. Went to them 1st week of name change (May 2011). This time I was overcharged for spark plugs. After discussion with them, I eventually paid less than they wanted but more than I felt I should have. I left the shop with the impression they weren't being truthful. Also, when I received my car back after servicing, I had a rattle underneath the car that wasn't there when I took it in. Turned out to be a broken heat shield. I can't prove the shop was at fault. But I know the problem wasn't there when I took the car in. I'm no longer using the shop because I don't feel I can trust them, especially now that the ownership has changed.
