Well I will keep it short and to the point.
I went five years without eating any of the established ran BBQ joints because no one, I mean no one caught my taste bud and I tried every place (that I was willing to patronize) and It wasen't until 6mo. ago that my father in law introduced me to KC, all I can say is where was this place all my life, come to fine out its always been there smokin up the bay, I'm just now seeing it. The ribs, well the meat falls off the bone every time, the slices of beef tender as can be, the sauce, just as good as the meat. At this place you don't go just for the sauce, or just for the meat, you go for it all. My kinda place.
