Businiess name:  Koyo Traditional Japanese

Review content:
Having lived in Japan for a while it's been my quest to find traditional, quality Japanese food wherever I have lived in the US. Koyo is one of those restaurants. As others have commented, the parking is a bit limited and the service is sometimes slower than expected. The ambience is ""average"" when compared to other authentic restaurants, but quiet and relaxing. However, quite frankly, the highest point for me is the authenticity and quality of the food. The full range of traditional Japanese dishes are available, from Udon to Sukiyaki to Katsu (yes, there's much more delicious Japanese food available than Sushi!), and that is why I will keep returning to Koyo. Pros: Authenticity of Food, Quality/freshness Cons: Limited Parking, Service slow at lunch
