I received a quote of $550 for a transmission but then later they changed the price to $868; held onto my transmission and told me they would ship out next day... next day turned into 10 days. They were just supposed to swap the transmissions because they said they had it stock but come to find out they didn't.
When they promise that it will be shipped out, they wait to lump it with other shipments that have to go out. They were not sympathetic and did not communicate with me on the status of my transmission. I had to call them even though they said they would return my call. I got them off of Craigslist and do not recommend them.
I'm a single parent and delay just caused unnecessary hardship on me when originally they said they had the part and quoted me a low price and jacked it up later.
