Review content:
Parker School of Gymnastics (now known as \r 20 Mile Athletic Center).\r \r - Communication is very poor. This is the fundamental problem with this gym.\r -Owner not engaged with parents at all. Expect all issues to be fixed by Coaches, (when they should be focused on coaching the kids, not dealing with business level concerns)\r -Unwilling to engage with parent concerns outside sending one sided responses and not looking for any input besides his own.\r -Questions are left unanswered.\r -When/ if you do get to discuss concerns with owner, he always appears to be irritated by the discussion, uninterested (puts the blame on anyone but himself)\r -Poor Facility conditions (Parking lot is a mess. Too many kids in gym at once, seems a safety hazard)\r -Good coaches, but too many students per coach. Gym owner either having issues finding additional coaches or uninterested in addressing the problem.\r -Cost – higher (per hour rate) then many gyms in the same area for same programs\r
