We purchased our 2003 MDX in 2006 from Courtesy Acura (today, Feb. 2012, we have 115,000 miles on the vehicle). We almost always use their service department; we have no complaints big or small with this service team. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. We intend to keep our MDX for a few more years as itâ??s been a great SUV for us. Usually Service Advisor Sandy takes care of us. He is really detailed in his explanations of any problem along with the suggested corrections and options. He also reviews current suggested maintenance and soon due maintenance items with us. They also wash the exterior and clean the interior whenever you have any work done. The waiting room is really nice, stylish, clean, and comfortable (free coffee and snacks) with a variety of magazines. They also have a shuttle service to take you home or to work if needed.
