UNREAL ...... friday late afternoon Rage has locks on 4 secured buildings replaced.... without the knowledge or permission of the board members ! he gave NO information communication to anyone that the locks were being changed..... and then left NO keys to any of the 32 residents !!!!!!!!!! Once again this is a friday afternoon and no way to contact before Monday. When I went to report this at the site number a recording simply states office hours and refers to to an ""EMERGENCY"" number that is simply another recording that no on will hear till Monday. What kind of a reputable management firm thinks like this ?!?? Don Rage has been called many times from residents here about issues and 98% of the time he lack of communication is overwhelming. Most all calls go to voice mail and he seems to go out of his way to avoid returning calls. Of course if you have read any other of the previous notes you already know this is his mode of operation. If after reading this you chose to hire this firm for anything ... you have been warned. \r
It's just one cowpie after another.
